SAT CONSULT is a design office founded in 2007.

SAT CONSULT has been managed since its creation by Mr. Nassib Stambouli, Civil Engineer, graduated from the National School of Engineers of Tunis ENIT in 1999 and the National School of Bridges and Roads of Paris – France (ENPC -2000) .
