SAT CONSULT is a Limited liability Company (LLC) established in 2007, SAT-CONSULT is a consultant in civil engineering which offers building and construction stakeholders the opportunity to develop technical studies of different types of reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete and metal building structures.

Indeed, based in Tunis, our structural design office is open to Europe, Africa and the Middle East and provides you with a range of quality services: analysis, advice and optimization of the preliminary project to ensure responses to the various calls for tenders related to the structure.

Executive Management :

Nassib STAMBOULI is a civil engineer graduate of the National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT 1999) and holds an Masters in Structures School of Roads and Bridges in Paris in France (ENPC 2000).
He has (22) years of experience in research and project coordination. He has assumed the role of Project Manager of several civil engineering projects. As part of its activities it is involved in the following tasks:

  • Civil works design engineering and design of concrete structures.
  • Specialized in design of water treatment stations
  • Expertise, Diagnostics of water treatment structures
  • Tender drawings and reports in water treatment plant, water works, etc.
  • Preparation of schedules, formwork plans, reinforcement drawings and quality control
  • Preparation and analysis of administrative and technical specifications
  • Computer Modelling dimensional, seismic calculations for water treatment plants
  • Control studies and coordination
  • Preliminary design studies and shop drawings.
